Dispatch Time
The delivery time indicated at the time of purchase begins to count from the date of payment confirmation. Only after this confirmation will your order be prepared and dispatched. The preparation and dispatch period may vary between 1 and 3 business days.
Payment Method and Shipping
Standard shipping is free, unless you choose other shipping options. If other options are available, the corresponding prices and delivery times will be displayed at the time of purchase, varying according to the region and carrier.
Delivery Time
Some of our products are imported and shipped directly from international manufacturers/suppliers located in countries such as the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany. Our rigorous curation process ensures you receive products of excellent quality. The average delivery time after shipping is 8 to 12 business days.
For payments made by credit card and Pix, approval usually occurs immediately after the purchase is completed, allowing for priority shipping.
Shopping Experience
Based on our history and customer feedback, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks of posting. In specific cases, the delivery time may be extended due to external factors such as strikes, periods of high demand, or other situations beyond Brolar's control.
Consumer Protection Period
Luci guarantees the delivery of all orders. We are committed to fully refunding the value of products lost or misplaced during delivery. All shipments are covered by insurance against loss and free tracking, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
If there are delays and the product is not delivered within 70 business days after posting (except in situations beyond the store's control), we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
Important Information
Attention: Your orders may be shipped in separate packages, as they may come from different suppliers. Therefore, don't worry if you receive the products at different times; this is normal.
If the order includes two or more items, each item may be shipped separately, with a unique tracking code for each product.
Order Tracking
Orders are shipped via Correios (Brazilian Postal Service) or other carriers. A tracking code will be provided so you can monitor the delivery progress. Luci is committed to guiding customers on how to track their orders. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available and can be checked in the section... Track Your Order on our website or directly on the carrier's website.
Care with the Addressing of Orders
Luci will send the products to the address registered by the customer. We ask that you review the address before finalizing your purchase to avoid delivery problems. In some cases, the Postal Service may leave a notice for collection at the nearest branch if the recipient is absent or there are delivery restrictions in the area.
Recipient Absent
Make sure someone will be available at the address to receive the products. The Postal Service will make up to three delivery attempts. If no one is present during any of these attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest branch, where the recipient will have up to 7 calendar days to pick it up.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Luci is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely filled addresses. If this occurs, the Postal Service will not make further delivery attempts, and the customer must arrange for package recovery directly with the Postal Service. If the package returns to our facility, a new shipping fee will be required for resending.
