An ornament first, a light second
The shell has a faux-stone finish, so in daylight it sits in a flowerbed or at the edge of a path looking like a garden ornament rather than a piece of lighting. Nothing gives away that it lights up until it does.
Patterns cut through the shell
The shell is hollowed out and carved through, so the warm LED inside throws floral and heart shapes across the ground around it. On decking or paving the pattern is crisp; in a border it breaks up over the plants.
Put it down and forget it
Lightweight ABS, IP44 rated, with the solar panel and battery built in. No spike to drive, no cable to run, no switch to remember — it charges in daylight and lights itself after dark.
Specification
- Lightweight ABS with faux-stone finish
- Weather rating: IP44
- Rechargeable Ni-MH battery, solar charged
- Warm LED, automatic dusk to dawn
- No assembly and no tools
Worth knowing
IP44 covers rain and frost but not standing water, so keep it out of a spot that puddles or floods. It is a decorative ornament, not path lighting, and the pattern only shows on a surface close by.

Anywhere the panel gets sun during the day: your path, driveway, fence, deck, porch or veggie patch. Once it's charged, it turns on by itself at night.
Yes. They still charge when it's overcast, just a little less, so they may stay on for fewer hours that night. One sunny day tops them right back up.
